3-5 Year Goal

So my 3 year goal is to have completed all my culinary and horticulture classes. To have my permits and certifications to work in the most advanced kitchens in the Culinary field.

However my goals are deeper then that , I am looking at buying land around Ohiopyle Pa to grow food that has not been modified. No HMO'S OR GMO'S , long term goal is to do the business with my family. To have a camp location that has canoe's , Kayaks as well as other camping gear.

I would like to set it up as a place that as people are growing and moving forward in life that they can use the place to get away and reground themselves in nature.

So In around 3 years I hope to be able to save enough money to purchase a small lot for around 30k and build from there.

During the winter season I hope to volunteer as a peer specialist in Allegheny County.
